How can we check-in?

AnamneZia Luxury Suites have smart locks, so our guests can check-in and check-out on their own without the physical presence of the host. The host will send you a message a few days prior to your arrival with the specific guidelines of the lock as well as your unique password.

When is check-in and check-out?

Check-In is at 15:00 and check-out at 11:00.

Is there a storage area?

Yes, there is a storage area which our guests can use when they need to leave their luggage safely.

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?

We do offer early check-in or late check-out upon request if the dates allow it. We can only know for sure a few days before. Our guests can always use the storage area to safely leave their luggage for free before check-in and after check-out.

Do you offer parking?

Yes, free open parking is available at AnamneZia Luxury Suites. There is no need to book in advance.

Are there facilities to wash clothes?

Yes, there is a common laundry area in the basement with 2 washing machines and one dryer machine for our guests. Also, each suite has its own drying loft where clothes, towels etc. can be dried.

Do you serve breakfast?

No, there is no breakfast option available at AnamneZia Luxury Suites. For breakfast, our guests can use the suite’s fully equipped kitchen and we can propose some local breakfast places close by.

Is there a restaurant?

No, there is no restaurant at AnamneZia Luxury Suites. All the suites have fully equipped kitchens where our guests can prepare their meals and there are a lot of taverns and restaurants with delicious food close by.

Is there a private pool in some of the suites?

No, there is one pool and it is shared by all the guests of AnamneZia Luxury Suites.

When does the swimming pool operate?

Our swimming pool remains open from April 1stl until October 31st. Our guests can enjoy it everyday from 8am until 8pm.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, at AnamneZia Luxury Suites we offer free wi-fi at 50Mbps.

Which suite is best for outside space with a great view?

All suites provide a great panoramic view to the ocean and the mountain. Our guests can either enjoy it from the suite’s balcony or from the common area/garden.

How many suites are there?

AnamneZia Luxury Suites is a small complex of 6 elegant suites and it consists of three buildings. In each building, there is one suite on the ground floor and one suite on the first floor.

We are a big group of friends. Is it possible to be placed next to each other?

Yes, there is a possibility to be placed next to each other upon request, depending on availability.

It is my birthday, can I have a party?

No, parties are not allowed at AnamneZia Luxury Suites.

Can I bring my pet?

No, pets are not allowed at AnamneZia Luxury Suites.

Which is your cancellation policy?

In case of direct booking via email or our website, if you cancel more than 14 days before the arrival day, the prepaid amount will be returned via web banking. In case of booking via a platform, the cancellation policy can differ depending on what you have chosen.
